About me
Hello there, I'm Léonidas (Léo for short). I'm a freelance editor in London and Paris, and currently looking for an in-house role a an assistant editor. I graduated Edinburgh Napier University in July 2025 and have been navigating my way within the film industry since then.
I have a real passion for genre films (especially horror)and my career goal is to be able to make a living off that niche. I'm someone who is very adventurous, hence why I'm interested in working internationally and discovering new ways to see film that way. So far, my proudest achievements consist of having edited two award nominated short films, one of which is an award winner (Bowl - see projects tab). I'm also very proud to say I've worked on a feature horror anthology a few years back with a US-based production company.
